- Subject: rights and obligations from the roadside membership bought online, under Turkish Consumer Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.
- Service, price: as in the order summary (package, scope, limits, vehicle, term, total price incl. taxes); payment in advance.
- Performance: starts on payment confirmation; requests via app, website, WhatsApp or call centre; dispatch to contracted partners; arrival times are estimates; extra services only with your approval.
- Term: no automatic renewal.
- Withdrawal: 14 days; not available once a service has been used with your consent; refund within 14 days.
- Termination: at any time; refund of the unused period less the list price of services already used, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights.
- Liability: intent, gross negligence and consumer rights unaffected; no liability for force majeure.
- Law and disputes: Turkish law; mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected. Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts in Turkey.
